Recreational Classes (2-4yrs)
Studio Dance Arts offers a dynamic introduction to the world of dance for boys and girls ages 2 through 4 years with our highly acclaimed Recreational Program. These 45 minute weekly classes lay the foundation for basic ballet technique, as well as introducing tap for the very first time!
This program runs from September through June and ends with a performance in our dazzling year end show!
TINY TOT & MICRO CLASSES
DAYS & TIMES
- Tiny Tots (2yrs) - Saturday 9:30am-10:15am
- Micro (3yrs) - Saturday 10:15-11:00am
- Micro (4yrs) - Saturday 11:00-11:45am
- Micro (3-4yrs) - Saturday 11:45-12:30pm
- Micro (3-4yrs) - Thursday 5:30-6:15pm (NEW WEEKDAY CLASS!)
DRESS CODE
- pink bodysuit (any style)
- pink convertible tights
- pink ballet slippers
- HAIR - pulled back and off the face in a tight bun or ponytail
- NO jewelry or other accessories
Boys
- white form fitting t-shirt
- navy athletic shorts
- black slippers
CLASS OBSERVATION
- Tiny Tots - Parents are welcome to participate in class with child (mom, dad OR gaurdian)
- Micro - parents are welcome to watch class through viewing windows
All ages as of January 1, 2011 (except TINY TOTS - 2yrs as of September 1, 2010)
